Ordered bathroom 4 months ago. Apparently delivery was attempted 5 weeks ago but we were sent a picture of the front of our house and then informed we weren't in !!! Funny, because or dog barks at everything, and nobody was captured on security camera coming down the driveway on that date. Order promised as a priority but no contact. Online Chat cuts off part way through chat. Online contact form asking for ring back - filled in plenty, but no return calls. We did get one response though. It was a message asking what was the best time to ring. Hello, just try ringing and you might get through. Lots of empty promises and then no response whatsoever for 3 weeks. Now in the hands of the c/c company
