Ordered a Bathtub and panel on the 12th April (my project was delayed) so i called B.O.D to delay the delivery for a week. Its the 16th May now and i still haven't received my bathtub despite calling customer service 2-3 a day for the past couple of week. Every called ended with 'We need to call supplier (eastbrook) and get back to you' (must have heard that 15 + times thus far) suffice it to say no one gets back to me so I am having continue to call to get updates. I even ended up calling Eastbrook myself but because i didn't buy the tub directly from them they could not help me. My building has been waiting a week now to install the tub and has to move on to another job if this is not delivered tomorrow i will be stuck with out a bathtub until i can get someone in to install it. This has turned into a bit of nightmare!
