Thank you for this opportunity to submit a review. Bathing Solutions has not made me happy. In fact I am very unhappy! It's hard to take in that I've spent nearly £14,000 on a new bathroom, and I still can't get in and out of my new bath. The seat does not move and my heated towel rail does not heat - is this an electrical or installation problem? At the time of ordering back in May, I was assured someone would come and check the work of installation. As recently as last Monday we rang your company to lodge a complaint, to be informed that a Project Manager would ring to make an appointment to come in and inspect the works. A working week has gone by and we're still waiting. We're holding our breath......!
