The bath tub is quality. But the panel is absoloutely terrible and not worth buying, it doesn't stay in place and for what you pay for it as an extra is a rip off. It's not even straight, it's bent. Came off within two days of putting on. A professional even fitted on. The delivery driver tried to leave the bath outside and we paid extra for delivery. The lady that had emailed me with NO ETA her name was Ameena from, Bathcenter Unit 21/22 Storforth Lane Trading Est Chesterfield S41 0QQ Poor customer service, doesn't know how to speak to people. I don't recommend there bath panels or delivery service. Not worth it. RIP OFF
