We purchased a bath panel together with a toilet seat just under a year ago and whilst the panel was of good quality and has enhanced the bathroom, the seat has not lasted, it is of very poor quality and I have had to repair the fixings several time.
I have emailed the Company via various routes several times since early February and to date have not received a reply!
Very Poor Customer Service in my view.
