My bass clarinet did not fit in the bag I ordered. Bass bags initially seemed engaged and offered to see if they could arrange for the bag to be made slightly larger. However communication was severely lacking and I constantly had to contact them by phone (due to no answers from emails) for updates. Eventually after more than 2 months I gave up, contacted them and asked for a refund. This was well after the original bag was returned. Shame as I did like the style of bag and was willing to wait a while for a replacement.
