Excellent service in every way. I mistakenly ordered a David Gage Realist pickup, (which would not fit my bridge) instead of the Copperhead. It was Sunday, so they were closed. However, I rang to change the order on Monday morning and received the correct pickup the next day. Very efficient, helpful and friendly service. I will use this company again.
