Product ordering process was fine. Delivery was bad. Didn't leave on doorstep so won't be delivered on birthday now. Delivery guy called to say he wasn't in the area anymore and there was nothing he could do about it. Very unfriendly person.
I would pay extra to work with a decent delivery company.
