I recently ordered a sympathy basket for good friends experiencing a family tragedy. I am in the US and they are in the UK. I wanted to send them something but was having trouble finding something with decent reviews that would deliver to them. The order shipped quickly. I had written a comment on my order and I was pleasantly surprised that a real person emailed me back in response. And quickly! My friends appreciated the basket and I appreciate that I could send them some love from afar. I fully intend to place more orders for them (and others in the UK) going forward. Thank you!
