Having viewed your information about Visiting your Showroom, no mention of needing an appointment, we visited at lunch time on Friday 21st of August. A woman Opened the locked door about 3 inches and asked if we had an appointment. We said no as your web site did not mentioned this. She said in a very abrupt and in our view a Rude manner, well you are not coming in and shut the door in our face. You have lost the potential sale of several thousands of pounds worth of Blinds for our new conservatory. Goodby Barton Blinds.
