Got to other department and joined the que, eventually I put the products on the counter when lady started to scan, I explained to her my dilemma where she growled at me as if I had done something wrong, she eventually asked me what she should do, where I said I had come into town for the products, she confirmed there was a fault and replaced with new, I have now returned home still stinking of vinegar and my bag ruined. The customer service by a large variety of staff was close to shocking, I am very dissatisfied and disappointed with Barnits.
