I bought a fibre optic Christmas Tree which was delivered to me on Wednesday the 16th of December. Disappointingly by the Friday it has stopped working properly. The red and pink lights have gone altogether. It's now Monday the 22nd and my tree seems on its last legs and keeps switching off. Not sure how I should rate this order as ' poor' sounds like an understatement.
