The service from Barnitts itself was fine but the product was not as described. The string to hold the ironing board cover in place was not strong enough for the job, so I had to sew some loops on it and tie it one with string myself. However I've not yet found an ironing board cover that had a decent method of fixing it to the board, so I was not surprised and was resigned to doing a bit of sewing to fix it.
