Placed order for sofas, was originally told 12 weeks this then changed to 15 weeks, then changed again and again, sofas were eventually delivered, one was damaged, I had to phone up a third party to arrange for repair was told a further 2 weeks, phoned B&S complained, third party then came in 4 days, third party fixed it and said that delivery drivers had damaged the sofa. After approx 3 months stitching came loose on sofa, another phone call and photos sent another repair team out to repair.
Poor customer service, poor delivery installation, poor quality, would not recommend.
