Great sales support in placing the order. A huge wait for delivery driven by the manufacturer. Delivery was at the agreed time and by courteous people. An issue with wrong cushion covers was resolved quickly and the fabric fault was adressed quite quickly but a longer wait again by the manufacturer and we are finally all good now. I hope we dont have to test if the replacement cover was 'treaded' with replacement like the rest of the sofa was.
