First delivery was half the order as the courier lost the other chair & stool. Delay due to attempting to locate the initial items but then new items dispatched and order completed after a number of weeks. Customer service representatives communicated well throughout the process and understood my minor frustration.
Would buy from again, things went awry but they responded relatively well to ensure timely re delivery
