I've had two experiences of B&S recently - the first with regard to a new sofa I was considering buying, the second re a lamp table I bought. I found them very helpful on both occasions - nice, efficient sales staff and accounts staff. Their stock is large, plenty to choose from and I came way thinking there were several pieces I could have chosen. They also had a jolly good sale in operation when I bought the table, and they further reduced the price when I found a little dent in the wood after unpacking it - good, fair-minded approach - my kind of store!
