Was eventually told item was ready for pick up after waiting 4 or 5 weeks. So we could have had the bed much quicker but there must have been a breakdown in communication. Received bed frame but there was 2 damaged areas. The box was not damaged so it has been put in the box damaged. Barker and Stonehouse after sales customer services were excellent. Quick reply and I stated how much I wanted off the frame unless it was being sent back. They agreed to the partial money back and was in account a day or so later. Happy enough with bed frame and after sales customer service. Warehouse may need to check details for pick ups.
