Would have been 5 out of 5 but our Mandovi coffee table has had delivery date pushed back twice. Phone calls keeping us updated have been very helpful indeed.
It almost feels like once two pushbacks received then a goodwill voucher is given to sweeten the bitter pill. Could be fixed % of total cost but enough to recognise full payment was made some time ago.
Other products in past all received on time from friendly delivery teams.
