A little disappointed overall. Our initial delivery was cancelled only hours before it was due because the item was damaged. When a new item came 3 days later some of the drawer runners were missing - poor inventory control in both cases. However the two delivery guys ,Steve and Chris did their best to retrieve the situation and managed to source the missing items locally.
Your delivery note states that you " ensure a smooth and stress free delivery experience" - that was not our experience.
Your delivery and assembly charge of well over £100 is excessive and double what most other companies charge - for such a "Rolls Royce price it wasn't a rolls Royce service!
