Had to wait for 3 weeks for the delivery after confirmation of the overdue arrival of furnitures. Unfortunately they couldn't fit in two lots of orders together as promised and had to be delivered on two different dates. At least, they informed you the day before the delivery with a two hours time slot and they arrived on time. Good service. The only comment I have is that on the second delivery, they didn't wrap the furniture with any protection. I presumed they unpacked downstairs and brought up the furniture which I thought was not very good because the furniture would have got dirty or damaged in the lift or through hallway doors. The delivery staff should have worn gloves when they carried the unwrapped furniture upstairs .
