Ordered a distressed table lamp. It arrived before the estimated delivery. Unfortunately it was fitted with a two pin plug and the distressed finish was rather more distressed than appeared on the image with bits flaking off. Customer services were extremely helpful (hence 4stars) and it was collected the next day. The first time I have been disappointed with Barker and Stonehouse but was quickly remedied.
