A first time experience- ordering any furniture online having not seen it or sat on it in person to really make sure it was going to be perfect. Pleased to say that the 4 Rivington dining chairs did not disappoint in any way. Very comfortable and look great too. Simple self assembly. Our only grumble was with the actual delivery process which is why I have given 4 stars instead of 5. The only notification of delivery some 9 days after placing the order was an early morning text saying the chairs would be delivered by courier and 2 / 3 hours later. A good job I was working from home. When the box was delivered there were only 2 chairs and no communication as to when the others would arrive. They were fortunately delivered the next day . Same notification by text approx 3 hours beforehand. Therefore whilst we are really pleased with the chairs - less than pleased with the delivery system.
