We ordered an outdoor lounging set and one of the cushions for the chair was missing on delivery. The delivery team was quick to notice and took a picture for us so we could inform head office. Although I wish they had done it quicker, ( took a little over a week) they have since replaced the whole set and it looks great. Great service from the delivery guys, both times helped us set up and layout the couches and were very friendly. I?d give the delivery team 5 stars , but head office 4 stars just because of the time it took to resolve considering we we?re hosting and needed it urgently. But everyone was very friendly in helping us resolve.
