I've been really happy with my experience ordering from BargainMax. I've ordered 3 times, items came in good condition but I cannot comment on anything missing inside because they're dolls I bought for future gifts. Delivery times can be inaccurate but it depends on how long they take to dispatch from warehouse, because it can take days. Evri is the courier and I've had no issues because it's the same delivery guy every time. Overall, it's a legitimate retailer and I'd recommend buying from here because prices and stock availability are better than everywhere else, but from reading the other reviews, make sure you order well in advance
