My order did not arrive, I contacted yourselves after Evri confirmed that they did not deliver my item to me & they told me the quickest way to sort this out was to contact yourselves & ask for a refund....which I did on the 6th Dec....6 days later & I am still waiting for you to respond!....if this is 'quick' I would hate to find out what slow is!
