We had 2 feet taken off the top of our mature beech hedge as well as taking the face of the hedge back quite a bit too. Andy's team arrived when expected and did an efficient, flawless job. The hedge has been cut back neatly and the guys did an amazing job of clearing up - you could barely tell that they'd been there. They took care not to damage the garden. Andy also gave us advice on several other trees and another hedge in our garden when he came around to quote, which was very much appreciated. We've acted on this advice as most of it was things we could do ourselves - he wasn't at all pushy to try to get more work which is refreshing! You can tell he is passionate and knowledgable about his job and I would not hesitate to recommend him.
