I have had a barbour jacket for years and have had it rewaxed twice. as it was looking a little dirty I asked for it to be cleaned and waxed it was returned to me with tear in the lining I informed Barbour and they put in a patch. My partner put there jacket in at the same time and asked it to be cleaned re-waxed and cuffs replaced. We got it back my partner could not get the jacket on as the sleeve had been twisted. Is there any quality control do they check jackets prior to sending them out?
