The site is really slow, clunky and it’s difficult to find what you need. I often try and look but get so frustrated that I shop elsewhere. Logging on this morning most of the items that I wanted were sold out and the and the discount that I had only just received didn’t work.
The site needs to be more intuitive and easier to search.
The actual service once orders have been placed is excellent
