Bought lots of blobs off Richard. All of them floated, and gradually with more use (some) sank to be used as expected (cheap hooks). The biggest issue was they all washed out, the colours faded and no longer resembled what I bought, after two trips to the bank. I reported it to Richard via email, and after waiting a week for a reply, he was initially rude and said it was my fault for leaving the to dry next to a radiator - nothing to do with the colour bleeding out in the water. I emailed again, pointing out his customer service is awful, and begrudgingly he replaced two flies from 10+ low quality items all fading and floating. I wouldn't advise anyone buys from this place, mass produced flies from Africa, with a glitzy website.
