The delivery of the replacement foil and blades order was fine. The big problem was that these replacements were out of stock for many months. If you sell the electronic razor and rightly recommend changing foil and blades every 3 to 6 months, then you need to be certain that you have a reliable and efficient supplier of the replacement parts.
