We had problems with cancelled flights causing a long delay also a problem with erroneous charges by our hotel in Svalbard. Despite the fact that these problems were not due to Baltic Travel but they still managed to resolve them for us in a very professional manner. Also the Realm of the Polar Bear trip lived up to all our expectations.
