I found Baltic Travel quite by accident on the internet, and what a lucky find it’s turned out to be ! I wanted to visit Norway and see the Northern Lights but beyond that had little idea of what I wanted to do, or where I wanted to stay. Step forward, Baltic travel rep. Nikola Stenka 🙇 Before I booked, Nikola listened patiently, offered me great advice and came up with an exciting itinerary. Stating the obvious, Norway in winter is cold, and January 2024 was especially cold. Travel plans were disrupted - The Polar Express which we’d booked didn’t run - but behind the scenes Nikola and Baltic Travel were making alternative arrangements for us. It was great to know people back in London were looking out for us. What I especially appreciated were Nicola’s emails checking if we were ok and, then once we’d got back, sharing with her our adventures. Nicola’s an excellent rep for Baltic Travel and I will definitely be booking with her, and them again.
