Trip booked: Polar Express Train Journey Brilliant service frima Daina from start to finish for our trip. We only had a limited time away, recommendations for which trip suited best before we booked. Settled on the Polar journey as had a good balance of excursions, 2 countries and plenty of free time to hunt the northern lights. Booking was very smooth, excellent communication throughout. All booking confirmations/tickets sent before departure. Unfortunately our train journey was split with a replacement bus 1/2 way ( track damage due to -40°c weather) Daina kept us upto date will all changes and made sure all new tickets were sent. Accomodation included was excellent, both with on site restaurants. The Dog sled excursion was brilliant. Thank you, 100% recommend
