Baltic Travel Company have been very supportive and also provided us with exceptional service with our holiday to Stockholm, Sweden. We were originally scheduled to travel in December 2020 but due to Covid-19 and other issues, we only managed to finally take our trip in May 2022. We were offered our money back in full straight away or to postpone to a later date but due to the impact of Covid-19 we were not sure when we would be able to go so decided to just postpone and not get our money back. Periodically, Baltic Travel engaged with us with updates on the requirements for Sweden with Covid and they were very supportive too our needs. As we agreed to keep our booking, they even upgraded our hotel room to Superior Plus at no extra cost. We finally travelled 30 months later than planned but for the same original paid cost. We were given a full itinerary and travel details including transfers and mapping. The service provided to us by the Baltic Travel Company has been second to none. We have returned from a very delightful and wonderful holiday made all the much easier thanks to their superb support.
