I’d just like to say that we had an amazing time in Tromso on a trip organised by Nikola, Baltic Travel Company. Even at the early stages of planning, where our dates and requirements were fluid, Nikola took on board our changing demands and managed to meet them - we appreciated the perseverance! Travel arrangements went smoothly, - one minor glitch regarding taxi transfer, but hardly worth mentioning as it was quickly resolved in a phone call. The hotel was clean and cosy; the food was exactly what we wanted/needed (afternoon coffee and cake offered by the hotel were most welcome); and everyone we met was so friendly. and helpful. Even though we were disappointed that the booked dog-sledding was not possible - due to risky weather conditions and not the fault of any individual or organisation (it is to be noted that we received a refund with no hassle whatsoever), and that the lights chose not to dance on our booked Aurora chase trip, we still had an amazing time and filled any gaps we had with what was available to us in Tromso. To top it all, on our last night we took the cable car to the top of Tromso, and there we caught some beautiful sights – including a glimpse of the elusive Northern lights. Yay!! Thank you so much for making this such an enjoyable trip. We shall certainly recommend Baltic Travel Company to our family and friends.
