I have booked a trip to Iceland, my first trip alone overseas, and the customer service has been excellent. I had lots of questions I wanted answered, I wanted flights changed..... awkward some may say.... but nothing was too much trouble.
Personal touch from staff I mainly dealt with Inga who couldn't do enough to help.
If the trip is as good as the service I will definitely be booking again as cannot fault service it has been excellent.
