They are extremely efficient and the customer service is excellent from the time of booking till the end. The itinerary is packed with helpful advice how to travel from airport to the hotel with detailed map to walk the short distances. This makes the journey so easy and fun to follow. We have done 3 holidays with them, group tour and tailor made very good value for money and had a wonderful time in Norway and Iceland!
