As is always in this life... a company only shows its true colours in post-sales.
The sales process itself, as always, was seamless quick and delivery prompt.
But then I wanted to return the goods (unused) because I'd accidentally ordered the wrong thing, and as this was a personal purchase I had all the consumer rights behind me (Distance Selling Directive etc.).
And that's where everything started going wrong.....
(1) It took a week for them to give me an RMA authorisation to return the goods.
(2) I waited the 30 days they are allowed under the Distance Selling Directives for my refund... no refund received... I had to chase them and threaten them with credit card chargeback.
(3) The refund arrived on my card.... but it was only a partial refund, they've illegally held back money in contravention of the Distance Selling Directives.
I can see this will end with me getting a chargeback via my credit card company !
Avoid dealing with this company at all costs.
