Just fantastic! My experience from order to delivery was just amazing. This is a wedding/officer training graduation gift for my fiancé and I think he will be in tears when he sees it! The day after I placed my order they emailed me with a mockup of the design. I approved the design and it was shipped and here in 2 weeks, which is fast for shipping to Canada! They used DHL, which was a good call because it was quick and easy through customs and actually arrived 2 days earlier than the expected date. I was afraid of the state they'd be in when they arrive, as usually glassware ends up broken in transit, but everything arrived without even a scratch. The packaging was so thorough and all items were covered in bubble wrap. Could not be happier with my shopping experience and I will absolutely order from them again!
