All the team were very understanding and helpful. Nothing in the planning for our holiday was too much trouble, then came Covid. No holiday and no problem at all getting a full credit back to our card. The holiday will be re-instated next year Covid permitting. A brilliant and honorable company to deal with. A real credit to their owners.
