Jack has been fantastic in organising 3 holidays for us now as part of Balkan Escape. He has listened to what we wanted in a holiday and organised a holiday to suit all members of our family. All the hotels have been brilliant and all the transfers have been very reliable. We have seen some beautiful places that we never would have seen until they had been suggested to us. Will be using them for the foreseeable future
