We feel that our holiday needs and requirements were met, accommodation/ transfers was as expected. The servive provided was very good and they dealt with the flight cancellation swiftly and efficiently.
Only thing would say is advising more re location of hotels ie we didnt mind but the Split and Dubrovnik hotels were up hills from old town.. otherwise very happy with service had very enjoyable holiday and would definitely book through Balkan Escape again, and indeed recommend to friends/family. Thanks
