Just returned from a superb holiday to Croatia booked through Balkan Escape. Following an initial conversation, Balkan Escape put together an excellent package for our 17 day trip taking in Split, Hvar, Korcula and Dubrovnik. The whole planning process was so easy and totally customer-focused. We were able to specify locations, lengths of stay and budget so that we got the holiday that we wanted rather than a standard package that only partially met our requirements. The actual holiday itself we couldn't fault. Documentation was all delivered on time, including some useful information about all the places we were visiting and interesting things to see and do. The flights, transfers and ferries all went perfectly. The hotels were all of a very high standard and their locations matched exactly what we had asked for. All in all, one of the best planned holidays that we have been on. I would definitely book through Balkan Escape again and would have no qualms about recommending them.
