Our trip to Croatia met all our expectations. All transfers were as planned, even though our outward flight was delayed by a couple of hours. We liked the three hotels we stayed in and staff were helpful, from carrying luggage to booking trips. It was unfortunate there were building works going on outside the hotel in Dubrovnik which meant taxis would not drive down the main road outside the hotel, though a member of hotel staff helped us take our luggage to a meeting point for the return airport transfer. We would book with Balkan Escape again, only suggestion would be to provide a printed copy of your itinerary that includes flight info etc with paperwork sent prior to departure.
