The agency that put the trip together for us is very professional and thorough. We enjoyed the holiday, but were disappointed by lack of quality service and rudeness of some people. Most of all the taxi driver who met us at the airport who requested a tip as a first approach and ranted incoherently throughout the journey. Croatia is beautiful, but it's unreasonably expensive with no good value for money. You are not made to feel welcome. We recommend Balkan Escape as tour operator, but not Croatia as worthy destination.
