From start to finish, Jack was brilliant at recommending places and was very prompt and patient coming back to me with all my questions.
even when I encountered trouble abroad needing medical attention and Jack was very helpful when I needed to change my booking. It made me change my mind instead of booking independently to always use a travel agent like Balkan for when things don’t always go to plan. I highly recommend Balkan and Croatia!
