Excellent service from the start. Jack provided us with a range of hotel and travel options so we could tailor the trip to our preferences. Communication was very good, and we received an itinerary with details of our transfers, ideas for activities, etc. Just before departure, Jack contacted us to say there were roadworks outside one hotel, and offered us an alternative - a thoughtful touch one would never get from one of the big travel companies. The hotels, transfer arrangements, etc were very good. Everything went very smoothly on the trip, and we highly recommend Balkan Escapes to anyone planning a trip to Croatia or elsewhere.
