Everything was organised from
Start to finish, including both hotels and all transfers. Jack Fleming gave us suggestions but left it to us to make final decisions on which hotel might suit us best. He organised flight check in. More importantly, everything worked like clockwork and we had a fabulous trip. It was reassuring knowing that we could contact the company if anything went wrong (which it didn’t). I couldn’t recommend Jack at Balkan Escapes more highly.
