Right from my initial travel enquiry to arriving home from holiday, Balkan Escapes have been brilliant. We had a totally stress free experience, including flights, hotels and ferry crosses. All three hotels that we stayed in were perfect. Balkan Escapes were very easy to contact by phone (phone was always answered straight away, no waiting in a queue or options to press) and email, a delight to deal with. I really can’t think of any areas to suggest for improvement as everything was very straightforward and efficient - I have no complaints whatsoever.
